Before Your Session

- Shower and shave before your session.
- Exfoliate thoroughly, especially knees, elbows, and ankles.
- Moisturize lightly if needed, or use a pH-balancing prep product.
- Do not wear perfume or deodorant to your session.
- Remove all makeup before tanning.
After Your Session
Help extend the life of your tan.
- Wear loose-fitting clothing.
- Avoid perspiration right after your session.
- Wear open shoes when possible.
- Avoid getting wet too soon.
- Wait 4 to 6 hours before showering.
- Use your hands to apply body gel in the shower, not a loofah or washcloth.
- Moisturize 2 to 3 times a day after your shower.
